Project Discipline: Mechanical, Plumbing, Energy Modelling & Electrical

Project Description: 4 building condo development with 4 Story Condo buildings along with one level underground parking was designed by EPro team. We completed mechanical, electrical and energy model design of the buildings. Our energy model team successfully took up the challenge to eliminate ERV to keep construction cost within the budget while meeting the stringent energy code requirements. EPro provided a harmonized design that meets the Client’s requirements.
